Production Time

All our products are handmade and many of them are made to order from each customer. The time to create and paint an item ranges from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the item and design.
So if you want to make a special order, it is good to plan ahead.
All products are handmade and hand painted, so there may be slight differences from order to order.

Returns – Changes

Andromachi Art accepts returns or exchanges as long as:

The product must not be specially made or have a personalized dedication, etc.

The product must be intact and not have suffered any damage for which Andromachi Art is not responsible.
Contact us within 5 days from the day your order was shipped so that we can guide you on its return.
In the event that the return / change occurs without Andromachi Art being responsible for it (eg an error in the order) then the transport costs are solely borne by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to pack the item safely so that it is delivered to us intact, otherwise they will have to take responsibility for their compensation.
